Agent mate is a web-based application designed to be an all-in-one solution for real estate professionals&organizations seeking to have powerful real estate websites. 
Agent mate comprises of two modules; the Frontend and the Backend.
The front end is the public website which is accessible to all visitors. This is where your visitors can take virtual tours of properties, place enquiries, search for properties etc.
The backend is a password protected control panel where you can perform administrative functions (e.g. add/remove properties, approve properties, manage blogs, administer forums etc) on your site. This module utilizes a new multi-window based technology which greatly enhances the productivity of the administrator.
Agent Mate provides powerful property management capabilities. Each property can have the following  attributes:
- A descriptive name
- A detailed description of the property
- A price
- The property type (e.g. lease or sale)
- Up to 50 pictures
- The property address
- Its availability
- Its location
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of living rooms
- Number of bathrooms
In addition, all properties are placed in categories. Each category carries a short description as well a property number prefix (Which is appended to the auto-generated property numbers).
Agent mate also enables you to select featured properties which will be displayed on your website homepage. In addition to this, you can also view and approve/disapprove properties that are submitted by your site visitors.
Finally, you can view all comments that are submitted for each property. You will also have the option of deleting comments that you find inappropriate.
 Front end visitors have an option of placing enquiries when taking virtual tours. The backend enables you to view and reply theses enquiries.
The message center is a powerful email marketing tool. With this feature, you can do to following
- Email properties to thousands of recipients
- Send out professional looking graphic emails using images for your company's brand
- Send out blog posts to thousands of recipients
- View messages submitted through the front end (your inbox) and your sent messages.
 The Mailing List is a feature that allows you to organize contacts based on categories. It features a powerful parser that enables you to import multiple contacts with one click of a button! These contacts can then be used with the Message Center feature.
 Agent Mate provides an easy to use content management system with which you can edit write-ups on the front end.
Also, you can view advice questions your visitors have submitted and then reply, edit or delete them. You can also completely manage your forum as well as add new blog entries or edit existing ones.
Agent Mate has a powerful advert management feature with which you can add adverts to your website. You can also view the statistics of each advert as well as edit/delete its details.
You also have the option of viewing and approving/deleting adverts that were submitted by your site users.
 With agent mate, your visitors can view up to 50 pictures for each property. They would have the option of adding a listing to their 'favourites', send a property to their friends, leave a comment or submit an enquiry for a particular property.
The frontend has a powerful search engine feature. The search engine has four different search options:
- Property search: With this, your site visitors can search for properties using the following search criteria: price range, number of rooms, number of parlors, number of bathrooms, location and property type (sale or lease).
- Advice search: This enables your visitors to search through all your property advice entries.
- Blog search: This enables your visitors to search through your blog.
- Forum search: With this feature, your visitors can search your entire forum.
This interactive feature is designed to provide an avenue whereby your visitors can post real estate related questions that they might have. You will then have the option (though the backend) to answer these questions or delete them. Questions that you answer will then be made public on the frontend so that they can be viewed by other visitors.
The forum is a discussion board whereby registered users can post topics which are then replied to by  other users. This helps to increase the value of your website and improve search engine ranking as more users provide valuable content.
The blog enables you to post real-estate related articles. These posts can then be commented on by your visitors as well as sent to friends or shared on social networks (e.g. Face book, MySpace etc).
Visitors can register for an account on your website. Agent Mate has a robust email verification feature which ensures that only users with valid email address successfully register on your website. Also, the user registration utilizes image character recognition which prevents automated signups.
Registration enables visitors to participate in forums, post advice questions, leave comments for properties and blog posts, submit properties, create adverts etc.
The user control panel enables visitors to perform various administrative functions for their account. Some of these features include:
- Property Submission: Users can submit properties and up to 50 pictures for each submission. You can then view these properties (through the backend) and approve/delete them.
- Favourites: Users can view all properties that they have previously added to their 'favourites' while taking virtual tours.
- Blogs: Users can contribute to your blog. However, posts submitted by users will not be visible on the frontend immediately. You will have to approve a post before it reflects on your website.
- Advert Submission: Users can create new adverts, as well as view the status/statistics of existing adverts
